In Transcarpathia, prosecutors demand to return 27 hectares of land

Beregovo Interdistrict Prosecutors appealed to the Commercial Court of Transcarpathian region with a claim for termination of the lease of the land in area of ​​over 27 hectares.

The reason for the prosecutor to appeal to court was a systematic failure to pay rent by a company, as a result of which the local budget has not received a significant amount of money. In this regard, the prosecutors in court will demand to return these lands to the state.
