“Zakarpathaz” has introduced free call back service for customers

The new service – callback function – is available to all customers who use web service "My Account" on 104.ua. It allows you to create a request for such callback from the contact center operator. This method will be useful to our clients in cases, for example, when the line is busy or overloaded, or a consumer wants to make a call at the expense of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC contact center 

"Customer care is the company’s priority. We always try to introduce such services for our customers that facilitate feedback and, of course, are very convenient. As for the "Callback" service: all incoming calls are free, so our customers will not have to pay money to the operator, – the head of the customer service of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC Tetyana Korolovych says. – Despite the fact that the service is currently being tested, some customers have already used the new service." 

Requesting a callback is very simple: just log in to your personal account at 104.ua and click "Call me" at the bottom of the site. The operator of the contact center will automatically receive a request amd will call the phone number specified by the client. This calls is absolutely free for gas company customers.
