“Youth against AIDS” campaign took place in Uzhgorod

This campaign is held annually on Teatralna Square as part of World AIDS Day. 
  
The attendees were told how to protect themselves from the disease, and the citizens were given appropriate leaflets. The event was organized by employees of the city center of social services, children and youth. Priests of different denominations prayed for those fighting the disease and held a funeral service for those who died from it. 
Passers-by were also given leaflets with information on HIV / AIDS.
