You can see which checkpoints are open in the online map

For the convenience of citizens and business representatives who plan to cross the border (on foot or by car), the State Customs Service has updated the interactive map showing closed and open checkpoints on the Ukrainian side.  
  
The map also shows airports that have resumed international traffic, open seaports and railway checkpoints.

Please note that before going abroad you should be aware of the measures taken by other countries to combat the spread of COVID-19. There may be restrictions on entry to other countries for Ukrainian citizens. Details of the measures can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: http://bit.ly/2U6eiBj 
Recall that foreigners are allowed to enter Ukraine if they have medical insurance, which provides for COVID-19 treatment, observation. For persons arriving to Ukraine from countries with a high incidence of COVID-19, observation or self-isolation is mandatory.
