The ceremony of the signing of agreements between the EU and the European Partnership countries took place in Vilnius, but no agreements with Ukraine were signed.
Despite the fact that Yanukovych did not sign any agreement, he posed for the photo.
It is also known that the Declaration of Intent was not signed, because the President Viktor Yanukovych wants to continue negotiations with the EU, but with the participation of the Russian Federation.
Before the signing, Yanukovych did not shake hands with his colleagues, including Angela Merkel, whith whom he had talks on Friday morning.
He was put in the corner along with representatives of Belarus. No one talks to him, journalist Christina Berdynskyh, who is in Vilnius, wrote in her Twitter.
