With the support of the Hungarian government, the secondary school №10 was renovated in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

Doiko Gabor School №10 in Uzhgorod was renovated with the support of the Hungarian government in the framework of the project "Renovation of support schools in Transcarpathia with Hungarian language of instruction in 2018-2022" in cooperation with the charitable foundations of Gabor Betlen and the Transcarpathian Hungarian Institute. 
Celebrations on this occasion took place today at the school. They were attended by Vasyl Brenzovych, the Chairman of the TUKZ-KMKSZ, Yosyp Borto, the First Deputy Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Council, Laszlo Kuti, the First Deputy Consul General of the Hungarian Consulate General in Uzhgorod, Bohdan Andriyiv, Uzhgorod Mayor, Natalia Mukhomedyanova, the head of the Education Department of the Uzhgorod City Council, Zoltan Kulin, member of Uzhgorod City Council, Ildiko Oros, the Chair of the Transcarpathian Hungarian Language Pedagogical Society, Yudita Kulin, the director of Uzhgorod Doiko Gabor Secondary School.  
Uzhgorod Mayor Bohdan Andriyiv ​​thanked the Hungarian government and all those involved for the renovation. He noted that this is not the first facility to be renovated in the city with the financial support of the Hungarian government, which is significant, because the school will continue to serve the entire community. 
As part of the project, the roof of the school was repaired, the interior of the building was renovated, internal electrical work was carried out, fire protection system, Internet access and video surveillance system were installed. The total amount of investment is UAH 13 million 935 thousand.
