In the central park of Uzhhorod – the "rock garden" (also known as "Tsaplya"), the pond near the bronze monument to prominent Transcarpathian artists Yosyp Bokshay and Adalbert Erdelyi looks like this.
There, in the water, there is all kinds of trash, cigarette butts, packages, yellowed leaves and even plastic bottles. And a pipe and some wire sticks out of the ground.
Recall that recently there have been attempts to restore the pond in the park, and they even did some work on it.
But its maintenance now is quite another matter.
Don’t deputies and responsible service now have other troubles?
