Here are the photos that the participants of the yesterday’s peaceful assembly wanted to give the city government and the mayor personally to emphasize that they should help the city become better together and immediately! But it was not to happen – stocky guys pushed the girl with the photographs in her hands, which, however, she reported to the police. Another participant of the event, journalist Oleg Dyba was forcibly stopped when he wanted to get to the meeting. This fact has already gained nationwide fame.
It is a pity that it is what the holiday will be remembered for. And it could have been otherwise – the mayor could have said hello to the people, thanked them for concern, said that he would take into account the requirements set forth in the petition, and the conflict would not exist. According to the organizers, the congatulation on the Day of the City was supposed to be a peaceful "living photo exhibition". But the authorities decided otherwise…
