Today, about 9.20, the first, quite a powerful explosion was heard near Svoboda Avenue (the Orthodox Cathedral courtyard). A few minutes later, there was the second explosion and also a black smoke, pungent odor.
Residents of neighboring buildings (in particular, on Zhemayte street) heard at least two more explosions.
Now law enforcement officers, firefighters have arrived at the scene. An ambulance has just arrived. Currently it is unknown what happened.
