The situation in front of the entrance to the building of Uzhgorod City Council is the same as on most city roads – remnants of snow and puddles.

However, the snow there is quite "artistically" arranged – in nice neat little piles, which, however, due to dust and rain streaks, turned into a sort of unattractive "sculptures."

All employees and visitors of the City Council, and also those who came today at the meeting of the executive committee, first thing saw this picture – dirty piles of snow in front of the city hall.

Can the residents of the city expect clean and nice streets, when the "gateway" to the City Council looks like that? ..
