Wet and frozen: at night, tourists were rescued on the Mount Play

This was reported by the SES in Transcarpathian region 

A group of 11 tourists went to the Mount Play in Volovets district without having registered. 

The group was hit by a heavy downpour. People got wet and froze. At ten o’clock in the evening, three tourists from the group became ill, and they decided to call the rescue service.

The SES sent two groups of rescuers from Nyzhni Vorota and Pylypets.

Only at midnight rescuers found people on the mountain and two of them were taken to Volovets. The third tourist got better, so he decided to stay with the group and finish the hike.
