Was yesterday’s explosion in Uzhgorod a special operation of security forces?

Yesterday, at 22:27, there was a massive explosion in Uzhgorod. 

In social networks, people immediately began to actively discuss what had happened, because the sound was so loud that it was heard from Mynai to Chervenytsia. The sound was the loudest in the "Bozdosh" neigbourhood but neither fire nor smoke was seen. There was no sound of sirens too. 

After midnight, a message from the correspondent of the ProZak, who had visited the Bozdosh Park, was posted:

"There is about a dozen vans and cars here and about three dozen officers of special forces and armed men in civilian clothes who are also employees of security services. They refused to provide any specific information. They said only that it was a special operation to apprehend criminals. When I asked them whether the criminals had been caught, they answered yes. I also asked if the massive explosion in the city was related to the operation. The representative of the security forces said that it was not, and also said that the explosion had been on the other side of the river and he had no information about that explosion."

So now we are waiting for official information from law enforcement.
