This questions and comments to it were posted by journalist Vitaliy Glagola on his page on Facebook. He wrote:

"Remember the pumps, that were installed under the overpass on Ankudinov street in Uzhgorod? The city spent 1 million hryvnia to protect it from flooding. They installed two super-duper pumps. They also did similar repairs on Koshitska street.

Now, let’s look at these intersections today. What has changed? 1,000,000 UAH and no difference. So, if there is no difference, why to pay more?
