Vynogradiv district, which was hit by flood, is waiting for frost (PHOTO-REPORT)

Transcarpathia has been sufferring from floods for several days now.  In the morning, the regional state administration reported that ​​more than 300 hectares of agricultural land was flooded. We decided to see the situation in the village of Velyki Komyaty in Vynogradiv district with our own eyes. Local residents say: "You see, the Borzhava started to carry debris – that means the water is rising again. We only hope that maybe there will be frost, and snow in the mountains will not melt."
