This Friday, in Uzhgorod, they made maximum use of a good weather. In addition to the Night Ride and some interesting openings, the shooting of an interesting project "Transcarpathia from above" took place in the city.
This tourism project, which is implemented at the expense of the people with a very special hobby – designing and piloting – will be released soon. And currently, the shooting took place around the Greek-Catholic Holy Cross Cathedral and in the city center.
According to the co-organizer of the project, the vice-rector of UzhNU, tourism expert Professor Fedir Shandor, they have captured a lot of interesting things. The shootings are made with a GoPro camera from a quadrocopter controlled from the ground. The owner of the equipment – Yuriy Ryezvy from Mukachevo – says that it is quite expensive. The cost of a quadrocopter, a camera and control system is more than 15,000 UAH, however it is this price that ensures high image quality, absolute control of the aircraft and as a result – high quality of an end product which will allow potential tourists to present Transcarpathia from a very unusual point view.
We watched the process of filming – and what can we say? Flights between the towers of the cathedral and near the bells are staggering! And the product certainly has to be something incredible.
