One citizen of Ukraine was denied entry to the EU without a visa with a biometric passport.
This was announced by the Assistant Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Oleg Slobodyan on one of the Ukrainian TV channels.
A tourist from Ukraine was denied entry to the EU with a biometric passport due to previous overstaying on the territory of the European Union.
"The citizens of Ukraine, who took advantage of the visa-free regime, reached their countries of destination, except for one citizen. A citizen of Ukraine, who had overstayed his term in Denmark and therefore is temporarily prohibited to enter the territory of the European Union, was denied entry", – Slobodyan said.
Recall that on June 11, the celebrations are taking place on the occasion of the visa-free regime for Ukrainian citizens.
