Victor Baloha “According to local residents, weapons, as well as shooters, are no longer in Lavky”

The conclusions from the tragedy in Mukachevo definitely have to be made. This is the opinion of Transcarpathian MP Victor Baloha.

He wrote on his page on facebook: 

"The security forces should be engaged for the following tasks:

– Completion of the operation to eliminate drug production in the region;

– To conduct searches, wherever there is a suspicion of the presence of weapons;

– To take the suspects’ blood test to find out who breathes what in the literal and figurative sense. Believe me, it is important in establishing the truth in the case;

– Border guards know very well who controls the border in foliage. If the management Security Service of Ukraine listens to its own intelligence, smuggling will be stopped. Including smuggling of illegal immigrants to the EU from Asia. So far, I do not see consistency in this area. If there is any struggle, it is not against contraband, but between some representatives of the "Right Sector" and MP Lanyo for the right to control it – the politician says.

He adds: "As for the operation near the village of Lavky, I can say the following. The management of the anti-terrorist center showed its efficiency and flexibility. What can I say – it showed strength too.))) When there so many helicopters flying here, and not a single one in the East, it seems that someone decided that it is better to be safe than sorry

However, it is no longer needed. The operation near the village of Lavky should be completed using filtering tools, not by assault. Especially since, according to local residents, weapons, as well as the shooters, are no longer there."

"The most important thing is that the war has ended. The most important thing is that we did not allow the pro-Putin forces to exploit the situation to implement those plans that they nurture for Transcarpathia. Now, the relevant conclusions should be made and the perpetrators on both sides should be prosecuted" – Victor Baloha sums up.
