Uzhgorod woman was tested negative for the dangerous virus

The acting head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksiy Hetmanenko reported this on his Facebook page:

"I have just received information from Kyiv! The result of the COVIR-2019 test of the woman hospitalized with fever to the regional infectious diseases hospital on March 5 is negative!
On March 2, the woman returned to Uzhgorod from a tourist trip to Italy. On March 5, her body temperature increased and she called an ambulance. Because of the information about the trip to the country, where the coronavirus cases have been recorded, doctors decided to isolate the patient in a special box in the hospital. To eliminate suspicion of coronavirus disease, the woman’s biomaterial was sent for analysis to Kyiv. The test did not confirm the coronavirus disease.
The condition of the woman is now stable, according to the doctors".
