Uzhgorod will be one of the three “hot” spots in the second round of the election – CVU

Three cities can become "hot" spots on November 15, the day of the second round of mayoral elections in Ukraine: Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa and Uzhgorod.This was announced at a briefing in Kyiv by the head of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine Oleksiy Koshel, the Politeka reported.

"In these cities there is a very tough competition between the candidates, so we expect the whole range of illegal methods. In addition, there have been many violations during the election campaign before the first round," – he said.

At the same time, Koshel noted that administrative resources were not used during these elections. "The participants were not engaging the police, tax service and other security forces to their advantage. However, there are two cities, where we have detected the use of administrative resources: Kharkiv and Odesa," – the expert said.
