Uzhgorod – the city of drug addicts?

This question is quite rightly posed by users of social networks after the information posted by the Patrol Police of Uzhgorod and Mukachevo.

According to it, on the night of August 25-26, half a dozen drug addicts were detained in Uzhgorod.

Thus, yesterday, at 19:45, on Syriyska street, the policemen noticed three men (one born in 1999 and two – in 1992), who were noticably nervous. No wonder, one of them had in a pocket of his trousers a roll with marijuana.

At 20.30, on Timiryazev Street, a "Dawoo Lanos" was stopped for violation of the traffic rules. There were two men in the car, who began to behave suspiciously. During the inspection, a sealed medical syringe with amphetamine was found in the shoulder bag of one of them.

An hour later, around 21:30, on Lehotsky street, the police noticed a man born in 1992, who was behaving suspiciously and tried to avoid the policemen.

The law enforcement officers found in his bag a tinfoil roll, as well as a plastic bag with marijuana. According to the man, he found the drugs on the road and wanted to consume it himself.

At midnight, also on Lehotsky street, a "VAZ 2106" was stopped for violation of the traffic rules. The driver of the car began to behave suspiciously, tried to hide a mobile phone.

During the search, the police found on the man a white pill of unknown origin, without any markings, packed in a transparent polyethylene bag and a mobile phone APPLE IPHONE 6S, which, according to the databases, is wanted by Ivano-Frankivsk police as stolen.

And once again, Lehotsky street. About 1.00, a car "Opel Omega" was stopped to call the driver to serve as a witness during the test of another driver for the state of alcohol intoxication.

During the conversation with the driver of the "Opel", patrol policemen noticed that his passenger was nervous, so it was decided to conduct an inspection. In a pack of cigarettes, they found a foil roll containing methamphetamine, and also found a revolver in a shoulder bag.

Also, during the search of the "Opel" driver, they found in a purse a foil roll and a rolled 1 hryvnia note containing metamfetamine.
