A poster with the words "RETIRE!" is being prepared by Uzhgorod residents for Victor Pogorelov, who, as you know, by the yesterday’s decision of the court was reinstated as the mayor.
The public gathered on Poshtova Square for a spontaneous rally. They are collecting signatures under the petition demanding the resignation of Pogorelov and preparing for him a poster with meaningful words.
The appeal concerns not only Pogorelov – they demand the dissolution of the council that will allow to hold the election. And until then, Uzhgorod city council, which has completely compromised itself, has no right to act on behalf of the community.
At these moments, they have collected more than one hundred signatures, the appeal will be delivered to the City Hall.
