Uzhgorod residents are invited to the presentation of a book of historical essays by Roman Ofitsynsky

On Monday, October 12, 2020, at 4 pm, the winner of the Dmytro Yavornytsky All-Ukrainian Prize, Roman Ofitsynsky, will present a book of historical essays “Carpathian Ukraine” in the Transcarpathian Regional Universal Scientific Library (Svoboda Ave., 16) 
The book, recommended for publication by the National Union of Local Historians of Ukraine, includes scientific, popular science, journalistic articles and interviews of the scholar who has been researching Carpatho-Ukrainian issues for about three decades.
The author has widely used archival documents and persistently defends his view and understanding of the events related to the proclamation of Carpathian Ukraine and the political activity of AI Voloshin.
