In Chop, the police arrested two men suspected of stealing a metal container from the territory of an enterprise. An investigation has been initiated.
Yesterday, March 4, the police received a report about a theft from a utility company. As the investigative team found out, unknown persons had taken a metal container from the territory of the company.
Within a few hours, the theft was solved. The police detained two suspects in the crime. One of them was a 32-year-old local resident. The other suspect is being identified.
A criminal proceeding over the theft was opened under Part 3 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Theft combined with breaking and entering into a house, other premises or storage, or that caused significant damage to the victim). The investigation continues.
