This is stated in the research of the Sociological Group "Rating" on behalf of the Center for Analysis and Sociological Research of the International Republican Institute.
In total, the top three are Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk and Vinnytsia. Uzhgorod is on the 7th place, right after Khmelnytsky.
Uzhgorod is followed by other cities of Ukraine: Kherson, Kiev, Chernihiv and others.
According to the research, all cities were evaluated according to 9 parameters: the opportunity to express your opinions freely, to move freely to all parts of the city, to be able to participate in the decision-making process in the city, to have various leisure activities, to receive quality education, to self-actualize and engage in entrepreneurial activity, to receive enough money for work, to freely fulfill your spiritual needs.
