Every year in October, Germany hosts the "October fest", when tourists and locals drink beer all month (this year it was canceled due to a pandemic). There is a perhaps less famous, but no less interesting replica of this event – "Inktober" – an annual creative challenge, which was launched in 2009 by illustrator and comic artist Jake Parker. The idea was immediately picked up by creative people from all over the world and for 30 days they draw with ink.
And Uzhgorod now has its own "ZAMtober". The Transcarpathian Academy of Arts (ZAM) gave tasks to teachers and students for October, and everyone can use their media to respond to them. There is a schedule for every day (you can see in the photo). For example, eye, technology, camera obscura, Chornobyl, asphalt, etc. According to the teacher, associate professor of ZAM Ivan Nebesnyk (junior), the campaign was organized jointly by teachers of the department of design and students. The goal is to increase communication between those who study at different courses and faculties. Prerequisite: Everyone must post their works in Instagram stories every day, except Sunday with marks @zam.academy and hashtag #zamtober2020. The teacher says that the students are not very active, some took it as a joke, and some took it very seriously. There are interesting works. You can see for yourself.
