Today, April 18, during the meeting of the executive committee of Uzhgorod city council there was agreed the organization of school camps with the day stay in one shift.
Camps will operate from May 28 to June 14 at Education Complex (EC), ‘Harmony’ (60 children), EC ‘Rainbow’ (20 children), EC ‘Prestige’ (20 children), EC ‘Prolisok’ (20 children), EC ‘Yalynka’ (20 children), EC ‘Pervotsvit’ (20 children), EC ‘Dzvinochok’ (20 children), school № 1 (60 children), EC (210 children), school № 3 (120 children), school № 5 ( 258 children), school № 6 (210 children), school № 7 (180 children), school № 8 (270 children), EC ‘Uzhgorod High School of Economics’ (120 children), school №10 (60 children), the Lyceum ‘Intelekt’(120 children), school № 12 (180 children), school № 15 (210 children), school № 16 (30 children) and base camp ‘Leader’ (180 children).
In addition, in 6 shifts, 14 days each, starting on May 28, on the basis of the rehabilitation department of urban children’s hospital in Uzhgorod there will operate the camp for 120 children.
Children from socially disadvantaged groups will be the first to receive the trips to school summer camps. The city government will provide 400.000 UAH from the city budget for the organization of such a holiday, but in addition, in the executive committee decision it is said: ‘allow to attract sponsors’ and parents’ means from other sources in the amount of 600 thousand UAH which are not prohibited by law’.
Food standard for one child at the time has been decided to be 11.96 UAH.
