Uzhgorod deputies from Yedynyi Tsentr ask why it is being built and sold in Bozdosh Park without the permission (DOCUMENT)

The deputies of the faction ‘Yedynyi Tsentr’ of Uzhgorod City Council appealed to the law enforcement officers of the region and mayor of Uzhgorod with a request to verify the legality of the numerous foundations and business sales outlets appearance in Bozdoskomu park.

Deputy appeal of ‘Yedynyi Tsentr’ fraction

Recently on the territory Bozdosh Park in Uzhgorod began actively pursued the construction works of foundations while any decisions on granting permission for development of the project’s diversion of the land plot were not taken at session of Uzhgorod City Council. Also permitting decisions on the activities of numerous sales outlets on the territory of Bozdosh Park in Uzhgorod city executive committee was not given. Therefore, according to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Local Government’ and ‘On the status of deputies of local councils’, we ask:

1. Check the legality of construction works that are carried out on the territory of Bozdosh Park in Uzhgorod, namely the presence of the lease agreements (servitude) on the land, construction permits and required decisions made by the Uzhgorod city council session and the executive committee.
2. Check the legality of business activity conducting on the territory of Bozdosh Park in Uzhgorod, namely the presence of the lease agreements (servitude) on the land, construction permits and required decisions made by the Uzhgorod city council session and the executive committee.

About the results of examination and respond to the deputies’ appeal we ask to inform the faction ‘Yedynyi Tsentr’ of Uzhgorod city council in the 10-day period.
