And this is despite the moratorium on the allocation of land in Uzhgorod until July 1
This decision was adopted on February 28 by deputies of Uzhgorod City Council. However, it should be understood that the moratorium on the allocation of land is not envisaged by the law. In fact it can even be deemed a violation of constitutional rights.
So, according to Victor Shchadey, they began to consider land issues to continue development of the city, because in any case it ensures construction, new jobs, infrastructure development, etc. – the Mukachevo.net reported.
At this session, they considered a number of land issues. Their consideration had been postponed twice already, so at the session there were few questions or objections from deputies.
So, at today’s meeting, members of the city council did the following:
1.Renewed leases for nearly 40 entities, such as the Epicenter or the Elf Cafe on Nezalezhnist embankment and canceled similar leases for three entities.
2. Granted about two dozen permits for compiling the technical documentation to establish the boundaries of land plot in kind (on the ground) and adopted the ready technical documentation.
3. Granted several permits for expert estimation of land.
4.Granted permit to privatize about 10 nonagricultural sites by purchase.
5. Made a number of changes to existing land issues.
