Uzhgorod citizens are deprived of yards

Recently under their windows there started to make a foundation, and today, April 19, were even brought materials for the fence. The workers at the site refused to answer who is building it and what it is going to be.
The house is on the balance of HBC ‘Yubileyny’. Since 1971, people have been taking care of the territory attached to the houses themselves. The fact that the land next to the house should be privatized became known to them this year in January. In the city council they advised residents to take the land for a long term rent.
Rumors of a possible construction date appeared in 2009. Then in the yard appeared surveyors, but the inhabitants of neighboring houses in the private sector objected to building.
Today, people even had to call the police. People are vigorously intended to defend their rights,  they have already written to the City Council and the Prosecutor’s Office.
