Uzhgorod budget received almost 34 million hryvnias of the single tax

      Proceeds from the single tax payments to the budget of Uzhgorod are increasing – the STI in Uzhgorod. 

In January-November 2013, the single tax payers of Uzhgorod have paid to the local budget 33.7 million hryvnias of the single tax, while during the same period in the last year this figure was nearly 25 million hryvnias. Thus, for 11 months of this year, proceeds from the single tax payments by businesses have increased by 8.7 million hryvnias compared with the corresponding figure in 2012.

It should be noted that the largest share of revenues (24.7 million hryvnias) was paid to the city budget by over 5,300 individuals – single taxpayers, registered in the STI of Uzhgorod. Meanwhile, legal entities – single tax payers have paid 9.1 million hryvnias.

Please note that single tax payers must make payments to the budget in time. In the event of failure to make advance payments of the single tax for two consecutive quarters, tax registration certificate shall be canceled by the decision of the tax authority, and in case of late payment the applicable tax law provides for penalties in amount of 50% of the late payment according to the rate chosen by a single tax payer.
