Uzhgorod authorities decided to sell 48 items of municipal property

On Friday, the decision on addendum to the program of privatization of the city municipal property was posted on the site of the city council.

By this decision, which will be submitted to the next session, the government proposes to sell 48 items of property four months before the local elections.

The property will be sold by auction and by redemption. A number of city boiler houses, property on Teatralna Square, Sobranetska, Petofi, Uralska, Yarotskiy, Koryatovich streets will be put up for sale.

Among other things, they plan to grant permission to purchase the former restaurant "Chervena Ruzha."
