The team of the VK "Uzhgorod" won the 1st place in the open water polo championship of Transcarpathian region among boys born in 2005-2008. The competitions took place on December 21-22 in Uzhgorod, at the sports and recreation complex of UzhNU ("Burevisnyk"), teams VK "Uzhgorod", Children Sports School "Dynamo Uzhgorod", Children Sports School of the city of Odesa and Kutenko Children Sports School, Lviv took part in it.
Boys born in 2005-06. VK "Uzhgorod" played with the following results: VK "Uzhgorod" – Kutenko Children Sports School (Lviv) 7:1, VK "Uzhgorod" – "Dynamo" Uzhgorod 7:3, VK "Uzhgorod" – Children Sports School of Odesa 7:6.
As a result, VK "Uzhgorod" won the 1st place. The team "Dynamo" Uzhgorod won the second place, the team from Lviv won the third place.
The younger team of VK "Uzhgorod" (2007 and younger) won the 3rd place. The best in this group were the players of the Kurenko Children’s Sports School (Lviv). The team "Dynamo Uzhgorod" won the second place.
