Ukraine national team with Daria Varfolomeyeva from Uzhgorod, won the junior World Cup (PHOTOS)

The junior round World Fencing Cup among girls took place in the Finnish town of Espoo. Ukraine’s women team today became the champions. 

It is encouraging that one of the members of the national team is a representetives of Transcarpathian school of fencing Daria Varfolomeyeva (coach – Dmytro Petrus). 

In the final, Ukrainians – Daria Varfolomeyeva, Katerina Chorna, Inna Brovko and Natalya Stepanyan (coach – Ernest Yatsyk) – defeated the team of Italy. The Russians were third.
