It is worth noting that the procedure for calculating time in the territory of Ukraine is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 509 of May 13, 1996: the time of the second time zone (Kyiv time) with clocks setting forward one hour on the last Sunday of March at 3 o’clock and back one hour on the last Sunday October at 4 o’clock.
