Transcarpathians will be consulted on consumer rights protection during the hotline

The hotline will be held as part of the implementation of the Plan of Measures for the Implementation of the Concept of State Policy in the Field of Consumer Protection for the Period up to 2020 and with the aim of public awareness work.
Call the regional hotline at the toll-free number 0 800 501 484. Also send e-mail by clicking on the link http://claim.carpathia.gov.ua/login_ext. Calls will be accepted from 8:00 to 12:00. Residents of the region will be able to get advice on consumer protection. In particular, there will be recommendations:

On warranty repair of mobile phones, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.;

On violation of rights in case of the purchase of poor quality goods, namely shoes, textiles, outerwear, etc.;

On buyer’s course of actions if they accidentally break or damage a product in a store;

On the effective and necessary tool for consumer protection when drafting the Claim Act;

How to get high quality and complete housing and utility services;

On guarantees when a consumer is cut-off from the power supply network;

When entering into written contracts for the provision of services for the maintenance of buildings and structures and adjoining territories;

On installation of gas, electricity, water meters. Responsibility for the timely inspection, maintenance and repair (including disassembly, transportation and installation) of measuring instruments and the like.
