Transcarpathians, who wanted to transport illegal migrants across the border, are in custody

Beregovo Local Prosecutor’s Office approved and sent to court an indictment against two accomplices in the transportation of illegal migrants across the state border of Ukraine. 
This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region.  
Both suspects, along with 5 Afghan citizens, were detained near the Ukrainian state border (on the outskirts of the village of Svoboda, Beregovo district). The aliens tried to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine to Hungary. 
Currently, the Transcarpathians are being held in custody. Their actions are qualified under Part 2 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (facilitating the illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine by advice, instructions committed for several persons by prior conspiracy). 
The pre-trial investigation was carried out by investigators of the Beregovo police department. Beregovo Local Prosecutor’s Office provided procedural control over the course of the investigation.
