Transcarpathian rivers and ponds are filled with water by only 20%. And the reason for this is the lack of precipitation. This was reported to the Karpatnews.in.ua by the deputy chief of Transcarpathian Meteorological Center Vasylyna Blokh. According to her, this resulted from low amount of rainfall in summer and autumn.
However, at the beginning of November, the situation should change. Rains will come on 3rd or 4th of November and it will become slightly colder. They predict that there will be more rainfall than in October.
In addition, early November will be warmer than normally. However, not much – only by 1-2 degrees. This temperature will be maintained till the end of the first decade of the month. And steady cold autumn weather is predicted by Transcarpathian forecasters in the second week of November. There may be a lot of rain this month. Possibly even snow.
