In the village of Vyshkovo, Khust district, a young driver lost control and drove into concrete pillar. The young man died, three passengers are in the hospital. The police launched criminal proceeding over this incident.
At midnight, Khust police received a report of an accident with victims in the village of Vyshkovo, Khust district.
Law enforcers found out that the tragic accident had occurred around 23.00 on November 24. The driver of a car "Pheugeot" with foreign registration, an 18-year-old resident of the village of Hrushevo in Tyachiv district, moving in the direction of the village of Bushtyno, lost control and collided with a concrete pillar.
According to preliminary information, the car was moving at high speed, did not fit into the turn and crashed into a concrete pillar in front of the bridge. By the way, the young driver did not have driver’s license.
As a result of the collision with the concrete pillar, the driver died from injuries in the intensive care unit of Khust hospital.
There were also three passengers aged 17-18 in the car. Fortunately, they suffered only minor bodily injuries.
The police opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of traffic safety rules, which caused the death of the victim). The vehicle was taken to the impund lot of Khust Police Department. The investigator will arrange for appropriate technical examination to determine the circumstances of the tragedy.
