Transcarpathian community is a leader in Ukraine

Tyachiv united community topped the overall ranking of local budget execution for the first half of 2018 in the group of united communities with a population of more than 15 thousand people!

This was reported by expert of the Association of Ukrainian Cities Yulia Tranyovich on her Facebook page.

 The analysis was carried out on the basis of four indicators that characterize the financial aspects of the activities of the united territorial communities: income per capita; the dynamics of revenues from local taxes and fees in 2018 compared to 2017; the level of budget subsidization; the share of expenditures for the management staff in the financial resources of the united communities.

Recall that Tyachiv city united community became the pioneer of the unification process in Transcarpathia. And despite the fact that our region does not rank high in the process of united territorial communities formation, and is the only one in the country that does not have an approved long-term plan, our communities do prove the expediency of local self-government reform in terms of expanding their autonomy and management responsibilities.
