A charity exhibition and sale of works by Transcarpathian landscape painter Naum Repkin was opened in the auditorium of the new premises of the medical and social rehabilitation center "Way of Life". The exhibition is permanent and part of the project "Artists – to children with disabilities", the newspaper Uzhgorod informs.
January 24, known artist Naum Repkin would have turned 74 years old. The talented artist tried to help those who need it most in every possible way. In particular, he worked closely with the medical social and rehabilitation center. Now, the good cause initiated by the artist is continued by his son Yevhen, who is entrusted with a mission to worthy carry on the work of his father. "I would be happy if our Transcarpathian artists supported the idea of the "Artists – to children with disabilities", organized similar events, thus helping children with special needs. In this difficult time, we should help each other, because it is now very important," – Yevhen Repkina said.
By the way: those who came to the opening of the exhibition could buy pictures and help children of the "Way of Life" because the proceeds from the sale of works will be transferred to the center for disabled children.
