Transcarpathia will receive additional 221 million from the state budget

Local budgets of Transcarpathia will additionally receive UAH 221 million from the state budget of Ukraine.  In particular, educational, medical and labor training subventions were increased by 64.5 mln., 38.8 mln., and 3.9 mln. hryvnia respectively. Subventions for assistance to families with children, poor families, disabled, assistance for orphans and children raised in family-type homes and foster families – by UAH 113.8 million. The revenues are associated with an increase in the living wage and minimum wage.

Also, after two trips of the head of the RSA Hennadiy Moskal to Kyiv, local budgets of the region received additional UAH 52 million 149.5 thousand. In particular, the regional budget – UAH 9 million 662.0 thousand and budgets of districts (except Uzhgorod) – UAH 42 million 487.5 thousand. These stabilization grants have been transferred in full to the accounts of local budgets. By the decision of the Standing Committee of the Regional Council on budget issues, UAH 2 million 415.5 thousand are distributed to the four mountainous districts – Velyky Berezny, Volovets, Perechyn and Mizhhirya.

         The next additional revenues to Transcarpathia are planned to be in November, when the Cabinet will distribute another one billion hryvnia of stabilization grants. Then the region will close the financial year without debts on social payments.
