Transcarpathia is also preparing for military action

In Transcarpathia, the government approved the plan of the special ​​civil protection measures in the region. Starting March 24th, district state administration and city executive committees are tasked to ensure urgent duty of officers responsible for civil protection, defense and mobilization and regime-sensitive organs outside the workplace after hours.

Also, constant radiation and chemical monitoring by established services is introduced in the region. The preparation of necessary organizational and regulatory documents on the deployment and ensuring the proper functioning of radiation and chemical monitoring posts also continues. It is planned to introduce, if necessary, prompt public notification of the threat or emergency by all means of centralized notification.

By March 28, in the region, they must check the performance of existing automated alerts and stands of centralized call, the relevance of lists of executives in them. They are developing practical measures to involve special, local and object systems of notification, as well as local television and radio stations in public notification.

Local authorities are also instructed to review the number and locations (deployment) of evacuation assembly points taking into account the requirements of the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dd. October 30, 2013 № 841 "On approval of the Procedure for evacuation in case of threat or occurrence of emergency situations of technogenic and natural character."
