The regional deputies have already adopted the adjusted regional budget. The changes to the document in connection with the adoption of the state budget were adopted as proposed by the Regional Administration and the Regional Council.
There was only one debate – concerning the funding of vocational education. Some deputies, not without reason, complained that the budget should be reviewed, because the current version can lead to actual extinction of the industry.
However, Moskal insisted that the budget must be adopted now so that, at least, what is already envisaged could be financed.
Thus, the document was finally approved, but it must reviewed in March at the latest. Also, the deputies adopted without debate several social programs, particularly on the support of the Roma population.
