Transcarpathia can report gas meter readings via SMS

The "Zakarpathaz" PJSC has introduced a new service for reporting meter readings. From now on, data can be sent via SMS-messages – easy and fast. The new type of notification about consumed gas volumes will significantly save the time of the gas company customers.

Statrting April 1, 2016, Transcarpathians can report meter readings via SMS at 7104. The message must specify the personal account number and meter readings in the format: ХХХХХХХХХХ ХХХХХ where ХХХХХХХХХХ is 10 digits of the personal account number, and XXXXX is the meter readings (5 digits). The two parameters must be separated by a space. After sending the message in the correct format, the user automatically receives the answer: "Your readings have been accepted and processed. Thank you."

If the client receives a reply "Invalid format", it means that the data were sent incorrectly. The client will need to check them and try again, or report readings in other ways:

§ using web service "My Account" on the site 104.ua;

§ calling the Contact Center at (0312) 48-83-04;

§ sending a message specifying mailing address and personal account number by e-mail [email protected]. 

Please note! Number 7104 is reserved exclusively for reporting meter readings via SMS-message. In case of reporting on the consumed gas volumes by phone, please call the Contact Center number (0312) 48-83-04.
