The state begins to fight with currency speculators in fact, not in word. As a source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on the condition of anonymity, on December 7 special units of the Ukrainian police will conduct raids in locations of high concentration of currency speculators.
They are talking about "points of sale" in the open air, and the centers of illegal exchange transactions disguised as legitimate businesses.
According to the information received, it will be pilot raids which are being prepared and will be carried out in maximum secrecy. Specific cities from the list will be chosen by the officers in charge of the operation by lot, late at night on the eve of the operation.
As of the time of the conversation with the source it was only known that the first raid will take place in one of the million cities.
