On December 5, the entire international community celebrates International Volunteer Day. During these difficult years for Ukraine, the powerful volunteer movement became an example of unity and solidarity of our people.
It is the active civic position of volunteers, concern and tireless work that give faith that our people have a future. Sincere congratulations to all those who, through their voluntary and dedicated work, make our country stronger every day, express a sincere desire to help others without expecting gratitude, reward and recognition.
There are many volunteers in Transcarpathia and in Uzhgorod, and it is a pleasure to know that the people of the region positively respond to it.
Among the volunteer organizations active in Transcarpathia now that have proven themselves worthy are: Movement to Support Transcarpathian Soldiers, “Happy Children”, “Barbos”, NGO "Bakhtale Roma – Happy Roma" and more.
