On Thursday, October 22, at 10.00, there will be a meeting of the city council on 1) adjusting 2013; 2) zoning plan of the city; 3) the land in area of ​​0.9326 hectares for the construction of public buildings in the "Peremoha" park and other ugly things. 

This was reported in facebook by representatives of the initiative group "Kirpichka". 

"From sources close to Andriy Pogorelov, we know that there are 34 votes for the said decisions. The only thing holding back the mayor from public announcement of the meeting is 9 deputies who are concerned about close attention of the press and the public to them. In the event of disruption of the meeting on Thursday, the meeting will be held on Friday, again without announcement," – it is said in a statement.
They add: "PPS Lviv Administrative Court of Appeal today overturned the injunction adjustments to the master plan, so the mayor is in a hurry. However, let’s not forget about the inadmissibility of reducing the area of ​​green zones in the city under the Law of Ukraine "On the moratorium on changing the purpose of recreational land in cities and other localities." Even if decisions are passed, their invalidity will be established in courts and in criminal proceedings. Corruption will not pass!"
