Tiptoeing in the Valley of Daffodils… in search of early flowers (PHOTO)

It would seem that other than in April and May – when the white Valley of Daffodils is blooming – the reserve is not too interesting for tourists.

But this is just another myth, like that that even during the "season", one can only admire the daffodils in the Valley (for example, there are just as beautiful and rare Siberian irisis there, etc). But in early spring – like these March days – on such one of the first truly warm days, one has the opportunity to enjoy the fields of early flowers. Which are no less abundant than the daffodils that will appear soon.

Meet the beauties: the spring snowflake and the saffron. These flowers are also called snowdrops and crocuses, respectively.   But you should be very careful – although there are no guards in the Valley, none of adequate tourists would think of trampling flowers (not to mention picking them!), so they literally tiptoe between the beautiful islands. Admiring the tenderness and fragility of the plants.

Enjoy! Early spring flowers in the Valley of Daffodils, it should be noted, have just blossomed!
