Tigipko promises to teach 45-year old for free

New opportunities – with a new specialty. Ukrainians, who are 45-year old, will be able to get another profession if the first one does not in demand. The state will pay for this. This includes ‘The Law on work’ offered by the government. It should stimulate the professionals’ upgrading and creation of new working places.
