Those attending the meeting of the City Council were divided into “the ground floor” and “the balcony” (PHOTOS)

Members of the public who have expressed a desire to attend the session of the City Council, today were "strongly requested" to go to the balcony, rather than into the session hall. They say, the ground floor is for the deputies and specially invited guests (by the way, 54 deputies have registered at the session), and those "who just want to watch" can sit on the balcony. 

True again, it’s probably better to watch from above… For example, one of the participants was actively taking pictures even before the meeting.
